Brave new wrold CHAPTER ONE

Brave new wrold   is the title of the book that we started reading. Brave New is about 50-60 years old it is written by Aldous Hexley.

Chapter one opens up with explaining a little bit about where the stiry takes place. the words use to descibe the place lets us know that the place is not beautiful as we continue reading we find out that humans are not born in that Society they are made and all also they are not caring for each other because there was this part where the boys ask a question and they shame him. There was one line from the book that kind of pop out to me "Not philosophers but fret-sawyers and stamp collectors compose the backbone of society." that means that people who thinks are nit important to the socity. Thats just chapter one though...
This first chapter mainly talked about how the eggs are fertilized and the process of the eggs.

BRAVE NEW WROLD THEME

It's easier to be part of society and part of their label than to be an individual and be considered an outcast. in "Brave New World", everyone tried to be part of society all thought the society was not a good society. Then there was Helmholtz who wanted to read and even write a book but he couldn't. John was the only one who had tried to change the way the society was...

John is suddenly overwhelmed with anger, and thinks that  soma  caused  Linda's  death. He shouts that  soma  is poison, and tells the Deltas to throw it away. Just the idea terrifies and angers the Deltas. Bernard  and  Helmholtz  get a phone call telling them what the  Savage  is doing. They hurry to the hospital. They arrive just as the Savage starts dropping  soma out the window, causing the Deltas to riot.  Helmholtz  shouts "Men at last!" and runs to help the Savage. The two fight off the Deltas and throw more  soma  out the window. When the police arrive, they spray  soma vapor into the air to quiet the Deltas. The police take  Helmholtz  and the  Savage  into custody.  Ber...
