  Chapter 9 was a littleshort so I'm also going to add chapter 10 notes as well ... Lenina, disgusted by the Reservation, takes enough soma to incapacitate herself for eighteen hours. Bernard flies to Santa Fé to call Mustapha Mond. He repeats his story to a succession of secretaries before finally reaching the World Controller. Mond agrees that John and Linda are a matter of scientific interest to the World State. He instructs Bernard to visit the Warden of the Reservation to pick up the orders that will release John and Linda into his care. Meanwhile, fearful that Bernard and Lenina have left without him, John breaks into the cabin where Lenina is still on soma-holiday. He rifles through her things before he finds her passed out on the bed. He gazes at her, quietly quoting passages from  Romeo and Juliet . He wants to touch her but fears that it would defile her. As he gazes at her, Bernard’s helicopter approaches, and John is able to run from the house and hide his tresp...

  I have only posted 2 things about my big question and is one is going to be my 3rd post on that topic. This post is not really going to explain much about my BQ I am going to explain my thoughts. So I do think about my BQ when I'm not in class. I would sometimes reach on the internet, and see what can I find there but one of thing that I do, and I really engoy doing it, is talking to others about it and see what they think about it. That question "WHY/HOW DO WE DREAM"?  From what people that I had told me they are most likely to answer one of that or part of thst question and you might have guessed it, "WHY" they would offten tell me that it has something to do with your futuer, amd that it's god or the souls of the love ones trying to worn you something...

   I was reaching me online, why? well, because honestly I didn't even know that there is information about people online. So I search up me and well... I didn't find anything, I found a lot of people with my name but none of it was information about me. Other then my social media I didn't find anything.

    We have control of our life, Right? We control everthing... well most of the time, when we are not told what to do. Actually even that time we are conturol, why? Because although we are told what to do we can choose not to do it.   Anyways for Preston class we are training our mind to not think of anything eals and stay focus in that moment. And it's something really helpfull. Today a had a quiz for my Econ class and I try to make myslef focuas and honestly I feel like I did really well. Because of that mind training I learning how to control. Things like those help you succeed more in anything you do. Why? Because your mind is more open and relax. When we breathe slowly and listen to our breath our brain get more oxygen and that helps it to stay more focus in the present.

                              NOTES    John had it hard when he was littel his mom was never caring for him.     There was a time where he remember that Linda was being het by 3 womens and when he helped her she hit him. Linda tought him how to read. He leran how to ead but didn't known what the words mean.  one thing that cought my attencion is that when John was littel he wanted to read and he read a book that was written by Shakespear.  John hatted Pope  John liked Lenina. I think, I think that because he was asking Bernard if they are together... if he was married to her, if she his grilfrend...                       IDEAS    At the beging of the chapter Bernard ask Jonh to explaine the pueblo, the littel houses at the village, and life in the pueblo to him so that he can undersat...

    MORNINGS - that number 1 thing you do at the beaning of a new day. My morning routine is not the best so thanks to Preston, I am going to change some the things I do. "If you were to desire those extra mins. sleep?! " That's what Preston said and that is so ture, why sleep if here is so many to do. I wold always sleep more and that is somthing that I will change. So I will have my alarm to 5:30am now and I am not to press snoooz, and I will do many things that I need to do. The other thing that I will start to do is get some extraside, strech a littel . And the one thing that will continue doing is to have breackfast with my littel brother, because it s alwyas good to have breackfast in the moring, and I love doing that.

   Before I post my notes today I want to thank Preston for his words yesterday (03/18/19). Thank you Preston, sure dose feel nice when someone appreciate all of the work you develop into something you do. Thank you now I'm even more inspire into fighating for my dreams. Thank you!        And now hear are my notes form chapter 7 so this is part of my notes because I have not finshied the chapter but i will add on to it later... now Leiana is in mexico with Bernad now the are waching this performance and leiana is not laking it. Today I finish reading chapter 7.Lenina meet a woen named linda, and linda telles her who were she live you can only have one guy or else everyone talks bad about you, Lenina was so confused and she kept on repeating that everyone else belongs to everyone else. But linda told her that she dosen't live like that.

   I am not a person who loves to read, what I love is, listening to others read. I would always pay so much attention to others when they read and I understand good. (yes, of coures if the reader is a good reader). The only reason I perfer to lesson to others read is because, I am not good a reading, to me reading is somethig very difficult. Especially when reading in front of a audions. In school for example, I would always feel so nervous and dumb, when reading out laud I offten feel shame too for not knowing how to read like the others, I dont know why is hard though. Maybe because I don't read offten. But I will now, I just don't know what. I will though, and I am sure that I will become a good reader. Because just like many peopel tells me I am a very smart person and I can do anything if I put my maind to it.

   Yesterday Preston wasn't hear and didn't updated the blog. So we had to dicide on what to do. I did a journal topci on my onw just beacuse I was ues to writting a journal topic everday. After that I read BNW I read chapter 5 then I posted my notes. I did use my time whasily yesterday and today too. since Preston isn't here today either, I did th exact same thing I did my journal and then i finished reading chapter 6. And now here are some notes that I took from chapter 6.   So the one thing that I found relly intersting about chapter 6 is that Bernad is not happy he want to happy in his won way that. When he went out Lenina he just wntted to look at the sea and just talk insted of just going right to bed, Lenina was not happy by the way he was thinking, her friend Fanny would keep telling her that it was because the alcochal that they put in his surrogate. Chapter 5 was a little confusing and interesting to me, had a lot to do with voices for example when Leiana was a little girl she heard a voice that she remember after many years that voice said "every one works for every one else" I wonder if that is something that's going to be important throughout the book. And then there was this other part, another voice, when they had meet the president and they were dancing a voice from above said "Ford" "Listen the feet of the greater being." After hearing that voice everyone started to panic and satarted saying "he is comeing " Everyone could hear him except for the president he didn't hear anything but still he pretended that he did and pretended to panic like evryone else.

    The frist time Dr. Preston mentioned the big quiation I had no idea of what i wantted to leran  more about, I was just so used to being told what to do, i am in school after all, but then I became curious with the one question about "derams". WHY and HOW do we dream? And I know that there is no way I can have a clerad answer about this topic, why? Because we all know that thats a quistion that dosen't have an answer to. Maybe that's the reason why I decide to do this quistion. I was curious and I  love to learn more about everthing mostly if it's something that have to do with the brian. We huamans really intersting, I would love to know how to use my brain a bet more. Now that I'm thinking of this maybe there is something i want to be.    So eraier we hand a talk about "life afuter high school".   In chapter 3 we begin to meet characters  "Fanny  crown" lenina"  "Bernard Marx" "Henry foster " and "Mustapha Mond" is one of them too. And there was this part where he asked the students to imagine that they had parents and having a home and they couldn't do it, since they are all made they have no idea what parents meant. There was one line from chapter tow that kind of surprised me " Fanny worked in the Bottling Room, and her surname was also Crowne. But as the two thousand million inhabitants of the plant had only ten thousand names between them, the coincidence was not particularly surprising". Mustapha Mond seems to known as lot about about family ... I wonder how and why... then Bernard Marx said many things about the past for example like the pyramids Shakespeare Jesus and christianity... at the end of the chapter Bernard says how back then people would set and read, think and make there lives miserable and how they ...

    In chapter tow the thing that I found really interesting is that the director get babies into being scared of books. When the babies are about eight months old the director will bring them out and at first he wold let the babies be happy with the book once the babies are busy playing with the book he electricuied them. So they would think that books are bad and the would cuse the babies harm ... And there was this part where a kid "Tommy" went to sleep with an audio on about Rever, the next mornind they asked Tommy about whta's the longest river adn the kid didn't know, but when they said a part of of th word that the audio has chanted to tommy in his sleep, he repets everthing, but still he didn't know... and then there was another part where they teach kidsto like themselfe but to dislike others they wold tell kids that since they were green shrit they are better then the others.

    Brave new wrold     is t he title of the book that we started reading. Brave New is about 50-60 years old it is written by Aldous Hexley. Chapter one opens up with explaining a little bit about where the stiry takes place. the words use to descibe the place lets us know that the place is not beautiful as we continue reading we find out that humans are not born in that Society they are made and all also they are not caring for each other because there was this part where the boys ask a question and they shame him. There was one line from the book that kind of pop out to me " Not philosophers but fret-sawyers and stamp collectors compose the backbone of society." that means that people who thinks are nit important to the socity. Thats just chapter one though... This first chapter mainly talked about how the eggs are fertilized and the process of the eggs.
